Job Description

Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the RoleAs a case manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring that the Tribunal and case parties have all the information they need, and that logistics are in place to ensure cases are heard in a timely and effortless manner.You will be a people person with a clear and confident communication style and excellent liaison skills. We are looking for someone with problem solving skills and a can-do attitude, including for the roles significant quantity of administrative work.  You will be adaptable, patient and calm in your approach.Your friendly and approachable manner is important as you will be dealing with a variety of people.  You should also be comfortable working with customers who have English as a second language.
