A 5-Star service is about delivering client service excellence.As the Concierge, you are required to exceed expectations, maintain confidentiality, show discretion and represent the client in an ethical and professional manner.  You will play a key role to ensure the delivery of a superior client experience. This position requires a talented client focused and service orientated person, who is passionate about what they do and consistently delivers outstanding levels of customer service.  The ability to work within a team and independently when needed will be crucial to the success of this position.This role is based on a client site in the Wellington CBD and is required to have an exceptionally high level of professionalism with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service. This role is required to consistently deliver a professional seamless service to both external and internal clients. Main Duties

  • Greeting and directing visitors with a 5-star customer mindset at all times
  • Escort clients to client meeting rooms and ensure they have everything they need.
  • In charge of Meeting and Events amenities and assists with event setup or set down
  • Build, maintain, and develop effective client relationships
  • Ensure prompt and professional service is provided to the client at all times
  • Answer phone calls/ emails promptly, professionally, and attentively
  • Offer/ serve refreshments when needed
  • Adhere to the Company’s Policies and business rules, ensuring any issues which may affect the delivery of our services are recorded, investigated, and escalated.
  • Ensure cultural awareness and language requirements are met.
  • Be flexible in working within various areas across the business to ensure service is covered and delivered
 Key Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in hospitality and/or corporate environment
  • Enjoy supporting a diverse, high energy team
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and room booking software experience preferable
  • Expertise in professional documentation preparation
  • A friendly yet professional demeanor with exceptional administration, organisation, co-ordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and clarity, including knowing how to distribute information efficiently using the correct channels
  • The ability to work within a team and independently when needed is crucial
