Job Description

About the opportunity:Our client has a great leadership position that is perfect for someone who is working on a career path towards a COO role. This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit team in a small tech business that has an expanding domestic and international market. This role is a remote role with meeting once or twice a week as required.Role description:The core responsibilities of the role are across operations and delivery. You will be responsible for managing BAU operations, including measuring and monitoring the health of our clients infrastructure and processes and managing the technical team.Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading our clients BAU operational setup and delivery of feedback programs
  • Process design and improvement for Operations
  • Client Support Processes and delivery
This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:
  • Relevant background roles would include (but are not limited to) Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consulting, Leading Technical or PS Teams, Support Manager
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Familiar with core technology concepts such as; Database structure and queries, Html, Json, APIs, Software Development Lifecycle, Continuous Integration/Improvement, version control, csv data files, logs. 
    • Ability to write spreadsheets (including complex formulae and charts)
    • Sufficient technical knowledge and experience to combine software services/apps (that are able to be configured together without programming) 
    • No programing is required
