People Team - Support SpecialistFlexible hours - tell us what works for you!Located Wellington CBDAbout the roleWere looking for a star administrator to work as part of the People team - someone who can support multiple leaders by providing exceptional administrative and logistical support.  Each day in this interesting role will be varied, with a range of duties from event management and arranging travel and logistics, diary management, ensuring meetings and events run smoothly, supporting new employee onboarding, Accounts Support and representing your teams in Safety and Wellbeing groups (theres more - but thats enough to start, right)About youYour previous colleagues will describe you as being organised and highly detail-oriented, with a keen focus on providing the best support to your team.  Youll be used to working with fast paced, high-performing business groups, so youll calmly and efficiently handle multiple priorities and workstreams.  Youll have enough experience behind you to be able to prioritise the needs of multiple stakeholders and use your initiative to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of business outcomes.In this role you will be privy to information of a commercial or sensitive nature, so high levels of confidentiality and trust is essential.  And of course, it goes without saying that technically youll have great skills across Microsoft Office products (We need a gun in PowerPoint, Excel and Word).InterestedWe embrace flexible working - so rather than dictate hours - we reckon we need someone to do a minimum of three days per week - you tell us how this could work for you.
