Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to take on this temporary assignment for 4 - 6 weeks. Starting as soon as possible, this role will be fast-paced and need someone that is proactive and happy to get stuck into any duty - big or small.Some of your duties may include the following:

  • Supporting team in the end to end recruitment process.
  • Ad hoc administration duties.
  • Responding to recruitment enquires via phone and email.
  • Dealing with offer letters and contracts.
  • Liaising with the wider business groups as required.
  • Any further assistance that the team requires.
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Strong administration skills, ability to follow process and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment environment is preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite.
  • Have a passion for recruitment and being part of a highly successful team.
