About UsHeritage Lifecare is a nationwide Aged Care Provider with residential care homes and village communities catering for varying stages of care need (Village, Rest Home, Hospital Level and Dementia care). Heritage aims to enable the continued pursuit of excellence in care through monitoring, auditing, actioning and evaluation of service whilst respecting and valuing our residents, families and staff.About the roleBased in Johnsonville this is a pivotal role supporting the operations and quality team. As a confident communicator, you will liaise with external providers and our facilities coordinating our audit and certification process.You will have ownership of your work, which includes processing, and monitoring of funding contracts with external stakeholders, delivering training to the facility administrators and general administration such as monthly reporting and meeting management. Every day will be different, your excellent time management skills will enable you to prioritise multiple tasks and competing deadlines, adapting and changing focus when needed. About youHighly motivated and comfortable working to multiple stakeholders, you will show initiative and innovation, be an exceptional communicator and have a strong sense of integrity when handling confidential information. A high level of professionalism, a solid technical aptitude (MS Office – particularly Excel) and strong organisational skills is essential. Your ability to work systematically across both BAU and project-based work will be key to success in this role. Resilience, adaptability, initiative and attention to detail are critical along with the ability to problem solve and deal with complex and at times challenging requests.
