Job Description

 Are you a problem solver who is genuinely excited to help customers Do you have some previous IT support Experience Do you want to be proud to work for a company that respects its people and is at the forefront of technology We currently have 6 and 12 months contract opportunities on our Wellington Service Desk providing top notch ICT troubleshooting support to Fujitsu Clients.  As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone, e-mail and on-line inquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently. You will also maintain records and log these reported incidents using an IT Service Management tool and structured methodologies. These are contract roles requiring an immediate (or ASAP) start. For these roles you will need to be able to hit the ground running so will have some background in providing IT support.Core Skills
  • Previous experience in a Customer focused IT support role
  • Some knowledge of Desktop skills
  • An interest or experience with technology, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability in punctuality, time management, presentation and administration
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT Qualifications (desirable)
