We believe all people have a human right to be housed.About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to start or continue your career in Social Housing. The tenancy coordinator is one of a team who provide advice and support to our nationwide tenancy team and our tenants. You will be able to develop your client service and tenancy administration skills while working in our dynamic team.We are looking for someone who is able to:
  • provide exemplary customer service to SASH tenants and our Tenancy Managers throughout the country
  • multi-task and manage priorities
  • have confidence when dealing with vulnerable clients and challenging situations
  • exhibit a passion for Social Housing and ideally is keen to build a career in the sector
  • enjoy working in a dynamic team in a great Wellington location.
Person specification:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google
  • Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (desirable not essential)
  • Knowledge of Chintaro or similar tenancy/customer management systems would be desirable but not essential
