Job Description

Trust Account Administrator + Additional Office Administration/SupportWe are a medium-sized law firm based in central Lower Hutt with modern office premises and the latest IT systems.We seek a positive, enthusiastic and proactive Trust Account Administrator with the ability to also assist with general office administration and support as part of a friendly team.  Our preference is for a full time position, but we would consider more flexible hours.The role is primarily day to day trust account processing, reconciliations, banking, data entry and credit control work.  Ideally, you would also be able to assist with regular reception cover as well as general office/administrative support.The successful applicant will ideally have demonstrable experience in trust account administration (in any case training will be provided) and have:

  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude, high work standards and a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
